This section of the website is intended to support children and parents as part of the Induction process when starting at Stanville Primary School. This would normally be completed on site with parents and children in July. This is an opportunity to meet the relevant staff and of course familiarise yourself with the learning environment in Early Years. However, should this not be possible due to school closure or in-year enrolment then this is an ideal source for accessing relevant information and documents.
If you have been offered a place in our 30 place Reception class via Birmingham LA's admissions process (see Admissions section) or in our 26 place Nursery class then please familiarise yourself with the documents below. Families with children starting in Reception should also complete the online Registration Form as soon as possible. This only applies to those families who have received a confirmed offer of a place from BCC Admissions. To do this please click on the Registration Form icon (see below) which is for all year groups from Nursery to Year 6.
N.B. Only forms completed by those children who have received a confirmation email and letter from BCC as well as a Welcome letter from Stanville Primary School will be processed.
If you have any queries or are interested in a place in either of the EYFS classes please contact the School Office (0121 464 2322) or email concerns@stanville.org with the title "EYFS enquiry".
If you are a parent with a child of Nursery age please be aware that applications for Reception places (September 2026) need to be completed by 15th January 2026. This is completed direct with the City Council and not via the school. Once all applications are received parents will be notified via an offer email which will be sent on 16th April 2026.
Wherever you would like your child to go in September please make sure you complete this application process to reduce the risk of disappointment! Further details can be found online here.
If you require any help please contact the School Office (0121 464 2322 or enquiry@stanville.org) as soon as possible. We will do our utmost to assist with all enquiries.
