Home Learners Overview

This section of the website is intended to support children and parents in the event of a shutdown for the Corona Virus, self isolation of your child or in the event of school closure (weather or industrial action). Content has been drawn from a variety of sources that your child will be familiar with as part of their usual working in school as well as new content from external providers who have recognised the need to support home learning.

Content has been created by school staff to ensure coverage across a range of subject areas. As always there is no set way to complete tasks and they can be approached in a number of ways, but children should aim to cover a range of tasks over the course of the week for breadth and balance rather than from one area. In addition please be mindful of screen time and the need for regular breaks in working!

Home Learners - Remote Education Work

This work is in line with the curriculum and age related expectations. Please ensure your child follows all aspects of the work so as to ensure they do not run the risk of falling behind in their education. All previous week's work can be accessed in the relevant year group section below as well.
